I'm just as annoyed with it as you are. Swine flu doesn't scare me. I'm cynical like that. I won't get the shot because I've never even had the flu. Ever. I get colds, sinus infections, and stomach bugs, but I've never had the flu. Nor have my chilis. So I'll take my chances. If I get the flu, I'll stay home and try not to infect anyone. And if it's such a big deal, why do they keep having shortages of the shots Every.Freaking.Year? You think if it was that important, the government would be all over it.

i'm sick of it all too, and I've been terrified for months, so I DID get my shot the other day. i would much rather have it and at least know that I tried to prevent getting it. I just don't listen to the news anymore, i think they like to keep us all scared (which we should be to some extent)

my hubs also thinks it's a big conspiracy therory and a big money grab for the pharmaseutical companies, course I also think he's just plain chicken to get the shot as he is terrified of needles but you can bet that I will be dragging his ass to get one cuz there is no way i'm having a newborn baby in my home being exposed to "IT"

go with your gut instinct on what to do, don't listen to anyone else in the end it's YOUR decision to make

I bought my son's awesome loft bed from Ikea.

It took me and another person two days to put it together... it was an insane project--but the finished product is fantastic and I love it. My son loves it. It's an awesome bed.

I may never get it apart or even out of the apartment when I move with out a chain saw, but it's an awesome bed all the same.

I got mine coming up this Friday and it cost me 20 bucks, and I'll get that back at the end of the class. Hell, even if I went through Harley Davidson's classes, their only $350. Where did you go that cost $600???

flea: PEI is really nice there. I bet your hubs is looking for vacation property. It's the best place ever to have a cottage. Water everywhere! I have checked Kijiji, I think I'm addicted to the site actually. I may need counseling.
